Global EDI vision

Kaplan is a global organisation whose mission is rooted in providing equal access to education and opportunities for advancement to people of all backgrounds.

We believe diversity, equity and inclusion - of culture, experiences, perspectives - and opportunity in an ever-changing world.

As an educator, partner and employer, Kaplan is committed to promoting an equitable world in which diverse talent can develop, advance and thrive.

We recognise that, as an employer, we are not as diverse as we want and need to be. Although we have gender equality in our senior and highly paid roles, when we look at other characteristics we can see we’ve still got work to do. We’ve identified our biggest EDI challenges, set clear goals and targets to overcome them, and shared these openly with our employees.

And as an educator, we’re committed to making a difference to every learner.
