FRM institute advice for Coronavirus

Below is the latest and most up to date information from the Institute, regarding exams and assessments.

Find out more:

May exams

Institute news

The 16th May exams have been postponed to 24th October. Anyone registered for the May exams will automatically be enrolled on the October date or you can elect to sit on the 21st November standard sitting.

Impact on courses

Kaplan’s advice is to complete your Tuition phase teaching. We will let you know the choices for deferring your existing Revision course to a subsequent sitting, and any other course/support options that might be available to you. The continuing coronavirus situation makes it difficult to predict exactly what the course options will be, but we will keep you updated.

What if I don't want to sit exams in October?

You will automatically be transferred to October but can choose to go to November instead if this would be preferable.

What will the additional support content consist of?

Consistent with GARP's exam policy we will automatically defer your Revision phase to the next sitting free of charge, plus include any additional support measures to maintain and refresh Tuition phase knowledge. We will automatically be extending online access to our May 2020 products.

November exams

Institute news

November exams are currently expected to take place as originally planned.

Impact on courses

Our November revision course will be starting in October, our current expectation is that classroom courses will take place as planned.

Visit the GARP website launch for real-time updates on COVID-19.
