Below is the latest and most up to date information from the Institute, regarding exams and assessments.

Find out more:

Institute news

CFA UK offer a remote invigilation option for the IMC exam, as well as ongoing traditional test centre exams. IMC exams are administered by Pearson VUE.

Detailed exam information, including availability and the status of individual test centres, can be found at the CFA UK website and the Pearson Vue website.

Impact on courses

IMC weekday and evening classes are currently running Live Online. We are hoping to be able to run face-to-face classes again from late March. We will continue to monitor and respond to Government guidance and legislation, and recognise that restrictions on social distancing may continue further into 2021.

End Point Assessments

I was due to sit my End Point Assessment (EPA) in the next few months. What do the exam cancellations mean for my Apprenticeship?

Your Talent Coach will be getting in contact with you, or do speak with your Kaplan Apprenticeship account manager to talk through your timeline and the impact of IMC exam cancellations.

Who is best to contact for help and advice?

If you have any questions or would like further guidance, please email our Client and Student Services team at citybookings@kaplan.co.uk, or for anyone on an Apprenticeship we recommend reaching out to your talent coach or Kaplan Apprenticeship account manager.

Safeguarding and Mental Health

If you have any safeguarding concerns, please contact us via Safeguarding@kaplan.co.uk during working hours. It is a confidential email account.

There are two very good charities who have out of hours support: NSPCC for concerns about young people 0808 800 5000 or the Samaritans 116123.

We can also signpost you to several helpful organisations - we have collated contact details of organisations such as Anxiety UK, Mind, CALM, and Young Minds.
