Train and upskill new, and existing, employees

Accountants are important to any business, and those with the right skills are invaluable.

Apprenticeships allow your employees to gain knowledge and technical skills whilst still working. They can gain qualifications such as AAT, ACCA, and CIMA to progress their career, and add value to their current role.

You can choose to develop your existing team or utilise our free recruitment service to hire new talent into your business. We train accountancy and tax apprentices online and at locations across the UK including London, Manchester, Birmingham and Glasgow.

  • 78% of employers said Apprenticeships helped them improve productivity*

And Apprenticeships are an incredibly cost-effective way of training your staff. If you pay the Apprenticeship levy, there is no cost to you for taking on an apprentice. And if you don’t pay the levy, you only pay 5% of the training cost, and the government will cover the remaining 95%.

Employers also need to cover the cost of any resit EPAs. The first attempt at EPA is included.

How does 20% off-the-job training work?
