Apprentices help your business straight away

There’s never been a more pressing need for learning and development in financial services. When you have an apprentice on board they can instantly apply their learning to their work. And by developing skills throughout their Apprenticeship, they continue to add value to your business.

The rapidly evolving nature of financial services and increased focus on digital and sustainability is reflected in a Kaplan Apprenticeship. Adapting to change, data skills, and green finance are within our programmes. Apprentices can bring their new knowledge to you immediately - no need to go out and find new candidates when you already have them in-house.

Benefits to your business

Employers see the benefits of skills development and the positive impact Apprenticeships have on businesses almost immediately. We’ve also worked with many clients who have brought about improvements in organisational diversity through their Apprenticeship schemes.

  • 86% of employers said Apprenticeships helped them develop skills relevant to their organisation.*
  • 78% of employers said Apprenticeships helped them improve productivity.*

And Apprenticeships are an incredibly cost-effective way of training your staff. If you pay the Apprenticeship levy, there is no cost to you for taking on an apprentice. And if you don’t pay the levy, you only pay 5% of the training cost, and the government will cover the remaining 95%.

Upskill your employees or hire new talent

Your employees are already working hard and delivering for your business, but with an Apprenticeship you can give them knowledge and technical skills to help them progress their career, and add value to their current role. Apprentices can achieve a range of industry recognised qualifications including CII, CBI, LIBF, ACT and ICA, plus many more professional opportunities that can benefit them, and your business.

We also offer a free recruitment service to bring new talent to your business. By utilising our database of over 1,000 active candidates and advertising through sites such as GetMyFirstJob, we help you find high quality candidates.
