How much it costs to deliver your study materials and how long it takes depends on the qualification selected and where in the world you live.

Accountancy and Tax

AAT, ACCA, CIMA, ATT, CTA

Our delivery fees are:

UK - £7 (£5.83 +VAT) for the first package, £7 (£5.83 +VAT) for subsequent packages, up to a maximum of £21 (£17.49 + VAT) per transaction.

EU - £35 (£29.17 +VAT) for the first package, £30 (£25 +VAT) for subsequent packages, up to a maximum of £90 (£75 + VAT) per transaction.

Rest of the World - £50 (£41.67 +VAT) for the first package, £50 (£41.67 +VAT) for subsequent packages, up to a maximum of £150 (£125 + VAT) per transaction.

Please note that due to varying interpretations of the post-Brexit EU/UK trading agreement, some EU countries are imposing import duty on the value of the goods received from the UK. It is payable by the end consumer via the delivery company and your delivery may be withheld until paid. This may vary from country to country and be up to a value of 20% of the value of the study material.

Our standard delivery times for Live Online, OnDemand, Online and Distance Learning are:

UK – 3 to 5 working days

EU – 5 to 7 working days

Rest of the World – 7 to 10 working days, subject to availability.

Our standard delivery deadline for UK classroom courses is one week prior to the first course date.

CFA, CAIA and FRM

UK - Classroom Enhanced £17 (£14.17+VAT) and all other study packages excluding Distance Learning £8.50 (£7.08+VAT).

EU - Classroom Enhanced £50 (£41.67+VAT) and all other study packages excluding Distance Learning £25 (£20.83 +VAT)

Rest of the World - Classroom Enhanced £110 (£91.67+VAT), Blended Enhanced and Tuition Plus £80 (£66.67+VAT), Distance Learning £50 (£41.67+VAT) and Revision only £30 (£25+VAT)

UK - Schweser material will be delivered within 3-5 working days via UPS subject to material being released. Other course material will be sent within 3-5 working days via Parcelforce.

EU - Schweser material will be delivered within 5-7 working days via UPS subject to material being released. Other course material will be sent within 5-7 working days via a local courier firm.

Rest of the World - Schweser material will be delivered within 5-14 working days via UPS subject to material being released. Other course material will be sent within 5-14 working days via a local courier firm.

CISI Capital Markets, IOC and IMC

UK - £12.50 (£10.42 +VAT) per unit up to a maximum of £25 (£20.83 +VAT)

EU - £25 (£20.83 +VAT) per unit up to a maximum of £50 (£41.67+VAT)

Rest of the World - £30 (£25 +VAT) per package up to a maximum of £60 (£50 +VAT)

Once we’ve received your cancellation request, we will contact you to discuss the return of any unopened materials (where applicable) and any refund due.

In the case of a refund for an exam booking where you have not sat the exam, we will deduct an amount up to £35 if we have already administered your booking with the relevant institute.
