CICM advice for Coronavirus

Below is the latest and most up to date information from the Institute, regarding exams and assessments.

Institute update

CICM deliver most of their online exams through Pearson Vue who confirmed on 6 January that they will be closing their owned test centres. Candidates immediately affected (i.e. those with booked exams during the period 6th Jan – 15th Feb) will be contacted directly by Pearson Vue and advised what they need to do next. CICM will also make contact directly with those candidates affected.

Anyone who can undertake exams at home, using the Pearson Vue OnVue proctored system, will still be able to take exams during this time as long as they make/change their exam booking to an OnVue one.

NB it is recommended that when taking the 'at home' exam service, it is on a personal laptop that fully meets the technical specification outlined by CICM (PDF).

If any apprentices have specific queries or concerns, please do contact your Talent Coach or CICM directly.

More information regarding CICM covid arrangements can be found on the CICM website.
