BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis
The International Diploma in Business Analysis is an industry recognised qualification accredited by the BCS, the chartered institute for IT. The Diploma has four modules plus an oral exam:
The delivery scope includes all mandatory BCS content for the International Diploma in Business Analysis, further augmented by modules on AI concepts, tools, and techniques.
1. Foundations Certificate in Business Analysis ‘Embracing AI-Driven Insights’
In this three-day workshop, learn core BA principles and how AI tools can immediately improve data gathering, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making.

- How to categorise, analyse, and manage stakeholders

2. Practitioner Certificate in Modelling Business Processes ‘Transforming Workflows with Process Intelligence’
This three-day immersive workshop will explore techniques to analyse, map, and optimise business processes — and see how AI-driven process mining and predictive analytics can uncover hidden bottlenecks and efficiencies.

3. BCS Practitioner Certificate in Requirements Engineering ‘Designing AI-Ready Solutions’
This three-day immersive workshop will help learners to master the art of capturing, prioritising, and validating requirements. They will understand the unique considerations for AI projects — like data quality, ethical constraints, and iterative feedback loops.

5. Optional BCS Professional Discussion (oral exam)
Whilst this module isn’t part of the apprenticeship, it is possible to also achieve the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis. After completing the previous four modules, apprentices can choose to arrange an oral exam, which is a discussion with BCS, in order to achieve their Diploma too.
