What is Artificial Intelligence?

What will you learn?

Apprentices will learn how to use generative AI to bring significant value to their organisation. They will:

  • Describe the fundamentals of AI and generative AI
  • Generate text and code using AI
  • Generate images, video and audio using AI
  • Identify the challenges of generative AI
  • Implement organisational strategies for generative AI

How is the course structured?

A one-day course where apprentices will learn about AI, discuss theories, and leave with a development plan. Modules include:

  • Theory discussion
  • Collaborative learning
  • Hands-on learning and experience
  • AI engine demonstration
  • Development of a personalised action plan

Exam and certification

Apprentices gain the internationally recognised Generative Artificial Intelligence for the Business Professional (GenAIBIZ) credential.

  • Time: 20 – 45 minutes on average

  • Questions: 25 multiple choice questions

  • Format: Online

  • Pass mark: 19 correct answers out of 25 questions
