How to apply

We'll check your individual course information, confirm how much it'll cost, and agree on the deposit and monthly payments. The initial deposit is 10% of the total course cost.

When we've confirmed all the course details with you, we'll email the Instalment Payment Plan application and Direct Debit forms to you. You'll need to check and sign both forms and send them back to us.

If your application is successful, we'll enrol you on your courses and take the deposit.

You'll have a 14-day cooling off period if you want to change your mind (terms and conditions apply). After this, the Direct Debit will be set up.

You'll need to buy a full qualification to take out a payment plan. A full qualification refers to a level, like the Foundation Certificate (Level 2), etc.

Discounts can be applied, provided the terms and conditions of that discount have been met.

If you're able to attend a Kaplan centre to sit your exams, you can also choose to include the cost of your exams in the Payment Plan (discounts aren't applicable for exams, one attempt per subject only).
