About the centre

Unlock your potential in accounting with our specialised tuition for ACCA, AAT, CIMA, ACA, ATT, and CTA. Our Newcastle centre provides a dynamic learning environment with classrooms, dedicated breakout areas, and high-speed Wi-Fi, all conveniently located in the heart of Newcastle city centre.

Kaplan is located on the second floor. Please note that the lift is currently out of service, so allow extra time for access. If you require assistance, contact the centre in advance so arrangements can be made.

Kaplan Newcastle is conveniently located in Newcastle city centre and is easily accessible by car and public transport.

To ensure a smooth start, please arrive at the centre at least 10 minutes before your course begins, allowing ample time to locate your classroom and get settled.

Kaplan Newcastle main reception is on Northumberland Street in Newcastle city centre directly opposite Haymarket Metro station.

Wi-Fi

All Kaplan centres have guest Wi-Fi, so you can bring your laptop and log on during your breaks if you wish.

Breakout areas

Your course timetable will detail specific class times, and you can expect short breaks during each session, with a dedicated lunch break from 1pm to 2pm, daily.

Kaplan Newcastle has a breakout area with vending machines within the centre. You can also purchase food and drink at a number of local outlets and supermarkets nearby. Throughout the corridors are seating areas with power sockets and USB charging ports, and wall sockets/extensions are available in classrooms.

Parking

Pay and display parking just off Northumberland Street.

Cycling

Bicycle racks can be found on Northumberland Street and please see information from the Police on securing your bike safely. Please note all cycles are left at owner's risk.

Lockers and showers are not available.
