How to be a model apprentice

Apprenticeships offer a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience while earning qualifications. Jenny Pelling, Director of Apprenticeship Development and Diversity at Kaplan, caught up with Ross McWilliam from Mindset Pro to talk about how apprentices can really make the most of their apprenticeship, and become a “model apprentice”.

  • Know the rules of engagement
  • Know the company's mission statement and objectives.

These will all get you off to a great start - but then you need to also consider the following:
