Human Resources Operations Advisor - London SE1 (Ref: JR201634)

Summary

This role will help our teams succeed through the provision of high quality, value adding people management processes and information. Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, the role holder will work closely with other central functions (e.g Finance) and will support teams across our broad range education and assessment businesses.

Ideally suited to an HR professional experienced in managing employee benefits, compensation, HR projects and HR information systems, typical activities include:

  • managing HR key performance indicators and suggesting ways to improve efficiency and validity
  • supporting the HR Operations Manager with the annual salary review process
  • leading on the development and maintenance of the HR operations area of the employee intranet
  • preparing data and discussing action plans for equality, diversity and inclusion with senior leaders
