Qualify quickly

ACCA qualification is made up of three levels - Applied Knowledge, Applied Skills and Strategic Professional. There is also the Foundations level that teaches the fundamentals of accounting for those that are new to the field.

Here’s a breakdown of how long it takes to complete each level:

Foundations - 12 months
Applied Knowledge - six to 12 months
Applied Skills - 12 to 18 months
Strategic Professional - 12 to 18 months

So you could complete all the professional levels in two and a half years, or go from Foundations to completion in three and a half years.

Increase your earning potential

Gaining the ACCA qualification means that you’ll be one of the elite accounting and finance professionals in the world. You will be able to command a higher salary, a better job role, and be in great demand. It’s a great sense of achievement once you’ve completed the course and become an ACCA member.

Once you’re a chartered certified accountant you could be earning £100K+, within five years of qualifying, depending on the sector and country. But even after graduating you could quickly be earning £40-50K a year in a business management or financial consultancy role.
