How to contact Academic Support

Log on to MyKaplan and go to your course. You’ve then got four options:

Firstly, check if your question has already been posted by another student and answered. If not, post your question. The answer will be seen by all students, so a great way to share tips.

A quick response to your query. Only suitable for brief questions.
Note: At busy times there may be a slight delay in response.

We aim to respond to your queries within 4 hours within our opening hours below. Please note in our peak times this may take slightly longer.

Students using Schweser's online portal please either directly email your tutor or contact us at citybookings@kaplan.co.uk

Tip:
Give the tutor as much information as possible in your question, such as: qualification, subject, how you’re studying (Classroom, Live Online, OnDemand, Distance Learning), name of the book, page and question number you’re looking at.

Safeguarding and Mental Health
