If you pay the Apprenticeship Levy, you'll receive an allowance of £15,000 to counterbalance your payment. We'll work with you and advise you on the best way to allocate your Levy. We'll find areas in your business where additional training would be beneficial, fitting in with your current Learning and Development programmes. We can advise you on existing staff, recruiting staff, and helping areas of your business with immediate training needs. We advise on standards that are available and in development, ways in which you can budget and monitor your Levy, and create successful and meaningful Apprenticeships for the people in your organisation.
