There are times when we all need a little extra help and support and our student wellbeing is of paramount importance to us. As we continue to navigate through the current Covid-19 challenges we’d like to remind you that we are here to support you.

If you are in need of urgent medical assistance please contact 111, your GP or one of the helplines listed at the bottom of this page. If you have a Safeguarding concern, please refer to our Safeguarding page.

You can take part in any of the monthly sessions between May 2021 and February 2022 on Mental Fitness. They're free to attend but have limited capacity, so book soon via our Eventbrite page. They are led by an expert mental health speaker, Ross McWilliam of MindSetPro.

Safeguarding and Mental Health

If you have any safeguarding concerns, please contact us via during working hours. It is a confidential email account.

There are two very good charities who have out of hours support: NSPCC for concerns about young people 0808 800 5000 or the Samaritans 116123.

We can also signpost you to several helpful organisations - we have collated contact details of organisations such as Anxiety UK, Mind, CALM, and Young Minds.
