Student well-being advice

There are times when we all need a little extra help and support and our student wellbeing is of paramount importance to us. We've pulled together some blogs and supportive information to help you at times when you need it.

We are running a series of events for our learners, starting in Mental Health Awareness Week in May.

You can take part in any or all of the monthly sessions between May and July on 'Life After Lockdown: How to strengthen our Mental Fitness". They're free to attend but have limited capacity, so book soon. They will be led by an expert mental health speaker, Ross McWilliam of MindSetPro. The first session is on how to adjust from working from home to office or hybrid working.
