The Standards focus on roles of the individual such as; Banking Professional, Investment Technician and Insurance Practitioner. The standard details the behaviours and skills you would want any employee to display in such a heavily regulated environment, and the knowledge allows qualification such as CFA®, CII, IOC and CeMap to be embedded into the programme.

What's included

Kaplan apprentices are supported throughout their programme by a dedicated Talent Coach, experienced in the business area they are coaching, who’ll help them contextualise their learning and reflect on their work performance and any development needs. This approach will ensure your apprentice develops a deep commercial understanding of business and, most importantly, your business. Because of this, they’ll make better decisions and have greater impact in your workplace.

Registration and recruitment
We are a full service provider and can support on all aspects of Apprenticeships including extensive recruitment services, to ensure you find the right candidate for your organisation. We also manage all of the administrative aspects of registering your apprentices onto a scheme, minimising hassle for you.
Funding and compliance
Kaplan has a wealth of experience in managing and complying with ESFA requirements for the registration, maintenance and certification of learners. We manage all of the complex compliance and reputational risks that come with administering publicly funded education, while ensuring that the training your employees receive remains at the high corporate standard you rightly expect.
Technical knowledge
Successfully preparing learners for professional exams is at the very heart of what we do. Over the last 10 years we have continually embraced innovation in this space, pioneering the latest learning technologies and methods to offer our clients truly flexible training options. For Specialist Apprenticeships, Kaplan will partner with expert providers to deliver the qualification training to ensure our apprentices receive the highest quality learning.
Skills and behaviours
Through milestone maps created for each programme, we develop a learning journey that combines the Technical Qualification with access to up to 25 online Skills e-learning sessions that explore the skill or behaviour in more detail, and help apprentices think about how they can apply it more effectively in their role.
Monitoring and support
Each apprentice is assigned their own dedicated Talent Coach for the duration of their Apprenticeship. Via a series of regular proactive check-in points, the talent coach is the ’go to person’ with any questions about their programme or if they need some support. They’ll also work with your apprentice to create a unique Milestone Map, which will detail all of the key work, learning and development milestones they personally need for the achievement of their Apprenticeship.
End Point Assessment
The End Point Assessment is the culmination of everything the individual has learnt throughout their programme. Our Apprenticeships are designed with expert technical provision and content and guidance on how to gather evidence and complete EPA.

Qualification structure

We offer a range of qualifications within the industry from entry level 2 to senior level 7. You can benefit from qualifications such as CII, IOC, IMC, CFA, RCIB. We also support the operations functions such as Risk and Compliance.
