Kaplan Apprenticeship Awards 2025: Nominations are open

The successful Kaplan Apprenticeship Awards are returning for the third year, and it's now time to recognise the exceptional contributions from apprentices, line managers, tutors, and talent coaches who are making excellence a reality.

Nominations for the 2025 awards are now open, and we want you to be part of this exciting event.

Where are the awards held?

The 2025 awards are set to take place at the Lowry Theatre in Manchester on 15 December 2025.

Winners and those highly commended will be invited to the special occasion, where your accomplishments will be in the spotlight during an afternoon of celebrations.

Who can be nominated?

  • Current Kaplan apprentices who are excelling in their roles
  • Graduated apprentices who completed their apprenticeship after June 2024
  • Outstanding line managers who motivate and inspire their apprentices
  • Exceptional tutors and talent coaches who provide unwavering support

If you know someone who fits any of these categories, this is your chance to give them the recognition they deserve.

Why nominate

Nomination for these awards provides an opportunity to highlight excellence, dedication, and impact. Here’s why it matters:

  • Bolster career growth - Receiving an award can be a career-defining moment, opening doors to new opportunities and recognition.
  • Create industry role models - Showcasing exceptional people builds stronger, more inspirational examples for peers and future apprentices.
