Kaplan Apprenticeship Awards 2025: the results

A group of award winners pose together at an awards ceremony, smiling and waving while holding framed certificates. They stand and kneel in front of a sparkling backdrop with an event sign, dressed in smart attire, celebrating their achievements.

The 2025 Kaplan Apprenticeship Awards were another unforgettable celebration of dedication, growth, and outstanding apprenticeship achievement.

Apprentices, employers, partners, and Kaplan staff came together at the Lowry Theatre in Manchester on 15 December 2025 to recognise the remarkable individuals who stood out for their commitment, progress, resilience, and impact.

This year's awards shone a spotlight on the heart of our apprenticeship community: the apprentices themselves, the employers who champion them, and the Kaplan tutors and coaches who guide and inspire them.

This year, we received more nominations than ever before. Below is a full round-up of all our 2025 winners and highly commended finalists across every category.

The judges were particularly impressed by the way in which Chloe had applied the learning from her apprenticeship immediately at work, to create transformational improvements. Chloe has demonstrated efficiency savings for her employer CI Know in IT Operations through initiative and dedication, and she was a key contributor to the development of a new AI product. So early in her career, she is also a leader of other apprentices. Chloe has been described as curious, diligent, an innovative technologist, who has set a new standard for what an apprentice can achieve. Congratulations Chloe.
