Can I access my digital materials and notes on multiple devices?
Yes, you can access your materials on a desktop, mobile or tablet device. We recommend you access your materials through your MyKaplan account.

How do I access my BibliU materials after purchase?
You will have access to BibliU by logging into your MyKaplan account. You will receive access prior to course commencement.
Can I access my digital materials through BibliU directly?
We recommend you always access BibliU via MyKaplan, as it’s where your course content and important information sits.
However, after initial access via MyKaplan, you can access through BibliU directly, although this is not recommended. To do this you will need to create an account on the BibliU website using the same email address as your MyKaplan account, this must be done before your course in MyKaplan expires.
Can I download or print my digital materials?
If you’re studying for an Objective Test (OT), you will have access to a PDF version of your Integrated Workbook* that can be downloaded and printed.
If you’re studying for a Case Study, you will get access to PDF versions of your Familiarisation Workbook and Technical Recap Notes*. These can be downloaded and printed.
The Revision Cards, Study texts and Exam Kits cannot be downloaded or printed.
*Excludes Distance Learning courses
How long will I have access to BibliU?
You will have access to your resources on BibliU for at least the duration of your course, which will include time to resit any exams necessary.
When will I receive my printed materials?
For Live Online, OnDemand and Distance Learning courses, our estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days from completed enrolment, subject to publication dates. For Classroom courses, materials will be delivered approximately one week before the first date of the course.
